FastNotes Bot captures voice channel audio and converts it to transcripts and summaries when you explicitly trigger recordings. We also collect Discord user IDs, server IDs, and metadata necessary to associate transcripts with your workspace.

2. Payment data

Billing details are handled directly by Stripe. We receive references to your subscription status, but we do not store full payment card information on our servers.

3. How data is used

We use collected data to deliver transcripts, summaries, and usage analytics for your team. Aggregated and anonymized metrics may be used to improve accuracy and reliability.

4. Data retention

Transcripts and summaries are retained for as long as your subscription is active, or as required to provide historical access. You may request deletion of stored data by contacting support.

5. Security

We use encrypted storage and industry-standard security practices to safeguard recordings and summaries. Access is limited to services and team members who need it to operate the product.

6. Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with trusted processors such as Stripe and infrastructure providers solely to deliver the service.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord server. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable regulations.

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced in the Discord server and updated here.
